<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>In the modern world, there is a crisis of neoliberal globalization, accompanied by a large-scale geopolitical transformation and the formation of new centers of economic and military-political power. The main fronts of confrontation between the key geopolitical players of the West and Non-West are the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the arc of instability of the post-Soviet states, the Asia-Pacific region with Taiwan and the South China Sea, the Caribbean region. As a result of the transformation of American foreign policy, the era of Washington&#39;s military and economic protectionism towards Europe, which has become a US protectorate in military and political terms, is ending. The World Wide Web has become a powerful geopolitical weapon. In the coming era of global instability and post-truth, the geopolitical power of the state is determined primarily by the strength of the spirit, the victory of truth over lies</p></description>
<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>В современном мире наблюдается кризис неолиберальной глобализации, сопровождаемый крупномасштабной геополитической трансформацией и формированием новых центров экономической и военно-политической мощи. Главные фронты противостояния ключевых геополитических игроков Запада и Не-Запада &mdash; Ближний Восток, Восточная Европа и дуга нестабильности постсоветских государств, Азиатско-Тихоокеанский регион с Тайванем и с Южно-Китайским морем, Карибский регион. В результате трансформации американской внешней политики заканчивается эра военного и экономического протекционизма Вашингтона в отношении Европы, ставшей протекторатом США в военно-политическом отношении. Всемирные сети стали мощным геополитическим оружием. В наступившую эпоху глобальной нестабильности и постправды геополитическая мощь государства определяется в первую очередь силой духа, победой правды над ложью</p></description>
<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>&Icirc;n lumea modernă, există o criză a globalizării neoliberale, &icirc;nsoțită de o transformare geopolitică pe scară largă și de formarea de noi centre de putere economică și militar-politică. Principalele fronturi de confruntare &icirc;ntre actorii geopolitici cheie ai Occidentului și Non-Vestului sunt Orientul Mijlociu, Europa de Est și arcul instabilității statelor post&mdash;sovietice, regiunea Asia-Pacific cu Taiwan și Marea Chinei de Sud, regiunea Caraibelor. Ca urmare a transformării politicii externe americane, Epoca protecționismului militar și economic al Washingtonului față de Europa, care a devenit un protectorat american &icirc;n termeni militari și politici, se &icirc;ncheie. Rețelele mondiale au devenit o armă geopolitică puternică. &Icirc;n noua eră a instabilității globale și a post-adevărului, puterea geopolitică a statului este determinată &icirc;n primul r&acirc;nd de puterea spiritului, de Victoria adevărului asupra minciunilor.</p></description>
