However, the investigation of the vehicle consists of a deeper, broader examination, including the case of compartments specifically designed for the resting of drivers, if they are equipped with all necessary items for living – compartments which can usually be found on vehicles which travel on international routes with long distances, such as trailer trucks. Therefore, it must be established that the respective compartment is where the driver rests, eats, and has all the necessary items for living in order for the same rules to apply.
