| Rezumat | ||||||
This article begins by differentiating the notions of migrant and refugee. Then, it is examined the exceptional situation that began on February 24, 2022. One of the two neighboring states of the Republic of Moldova – Ukraine – is passing through an extremely difficult situation for more than 3 months. It is a violation of human rights, with millions of persons abandoning their country and leaving behind home, work, school, dreams and life, which will never be the same again. Also, there are presented the key players in this mission to help the refugees, as well as the host community, which has been very open. |
