In this article, a comparative statistical analysis of the time indices of the 100m flat and 4x100m relay alerting was carried out for runners from the world elite of sprinting during the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro-2016. It was found that the factor that determines the final performance in the relay events is not only the high individual result in the 100m event, but also the technical factor, that is, the technical mastery of the team components in terms of the speed and accuracy of the relay transmission. |
