In this paper we exposed, by using the DuPont model, the essence of the company's profit and of some indicators participating in the analysis of the performance status depending on the return on equity. In this way, we have given a new interpretation of the essence of equity, the essence of the company's assets, including long-term assets and current assets.

În această lucrare autorul a expus, prin utilizarea modelului DuPont, esența profitului companiei și a unor indicatori care participă la analiza stării de performanță în funcție de rentabilitatea capitalului propriu. În acest fel, am dat o nouă interpretare a esenței capitalului propriu, esența activelor companiei, inclusiv a activelor pe termen lung și a activelor circulante.
