T h e article gave the results of analysis of 1203 strains of microorganisms detected in patients with purulent infections in septico-aseptic and septic surgical wards. It was found that 47,90% and 43,10% of samples detected strains showed sensitivity to different types of antibiotics in 52,10% and 56,89% - showed resistance to antibiotics. A higher resistance to antibiotics was found in gram-negative organisms (57,18% and 65,06% respectively), including K.pneumoniae (73,46% and 72,71%), P.aeruginosa (64,21% and 70,75%), E. coli (46,51% and 50,37%), Proteus (55,81% and 61,31%). Gram-positive microorganisms were found to be resistant to antibiotics in 41,40% and 42,07% samples. For this group of organisms show a higher resistance strains of E. faecium (50%) and E. faecalis (43,44%). Of Acinetobacter strains of microorganisms, K.pneumoniae, P.aeruginosa polirezistent antibiotics proved to be 83,33%, 77,33% and 68,70% |
