Some aspects of motivation study I-IV year SMFU„Nicolae Testemiţanu” students
The goal of this research is to study the motivation peculiarities of SMFU students, and to
identify their study motivation dynamics. Thus, the most important study motive with an
increasing tendency is the professional motive. The acquire knowledge motive is choused by the
majority of students. One of the less selected study motive by students is the creative motive.
At III-IV study year most of students gives priority to the professional motive, but at I-II
study year students gives priority to the acquire knowledge motive. |

Cel mai important motiv de învăţare cu tendinţa de creştere pe ani de studii este motivul profesional. Motivul de acumulare a cunoştinţelor este ales ca prioritar de cei mai mulţi studenţi cercetaţi pe toţi anii de studii. Unul dintre cele mai puţin alese motive de învăţare este motivul autorealizării creative. La anul III- IV de studii mai mult de jumătate dintre studenţi acordă prioritate motivului asimilării profesiei, pe cind la anii de studii I-II prioritate are motivul acumulării cunoştinţelor.</description> </descriptions> <formats> <format>application/pdf</format> </formats> </resource>
