The optimization of medical university personal image
Medical professor must be appeared himself through his personality and professional
skills, and this factor will appropriate him to „so called” „ideal of personality”, according to
necessities and expectations of the modern society, colleagues and their students, and these needs
and expectations we may find in the sphere of European educational society.
In order to clarity the Medical High School teacher’s image we advised them to learn
psychological instrument of the pedagogical imageology and characteristics of its using in the
system of High School Education.
With the help of psyhopedagogic program which was elaborated, in the process of
training, there were registered considerable improvements in the medical university teacher’s
image, its quality and structure. |
