The penal responsibility for illicit traffic of drugs and precursors provided by the Romanian and the Ukrainian legislature is thoroughly analyzed in the present article. Besides, the stipulations from the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova, referring to the above-mentioned domain are compared with the ones from the Ukrainian and Romanian criminal Code. The study of the experience of other countries, where the penal norms that regulate the responsibility for offences committed in the domain of circulation of narcotic and psychotropic substances, and their analogues and precursors accomplished a development, constitutes a true contribution with a view to elaborating a unitary conception of modernisation of the national penal law. |
