Rezumat

Înva#amântul contemporan se îndreapta spre o educatie intelectuala diferen#iata. Instruirea diferen#iata se constituie ca un învatamânt pe masura educabililor, ceea ce conduce la formarea capacitatilor de autoinstruire si dezvoltarea nevoii de învatare continua. Astfel, profesorul nu transmite cunostinte, ci organizeaza, îndruma activitatea didactica, asista la formarea capacitatilor de autoinstruire, asigura adaptarea la situatii noi. Totodata, instruirea diferentiata permite valorificarea potentialului fiecaruia si în acelasi timp, identificarea mai multor tipuri de indivizi si stiluri de învatare prin prisma curentelor filosofice. Societatea umana nu putea exista, nu se putea perpetua si dezvolta fara transmiterea de la o generatie la alta a cunostintelor acumulate, a deprinderilor si priceperilor formate. Treptat, societatea umana a selectat acele observatii semnificative, pozitive, benefice, care au dobândit statutul de reguli, demne de a fi respectate. Marii gânditori ai omenirii din totdeauna, filozofii tuturor timpurilor, au meditat asupra educatiei, au facut constatari asupra faptelor educationale, au selectat cele mai semnificative observatii. Conceptul de diferentiere si individualizare se regaseste si în marile curente filozofice care au propria viziune referitoare la dezvoltarea individualitatii, stimularea creativitatii individuale si de grup, la integrarea socioprofesionala si dezvoltarea societatii însasi.

Contemporary education moves towards differentiated intellectual education. Differentiated training is an education to the level of educators, which leads to the formation of self-training skills and the development of the need for lifelong learning. Thus, the teacher does not pass on knowledge, but organizes, guides the didactic activity, assists in the formation of self-training skills, ensures the adaptation to the new situations. At the same time, the differentiated training makes it possible to revaluate the potential of every student and, at the same time, to identify several types of individuals and learning styles in the light of the philosophical trends. Human society could not exist, perpetuate and develop without transmitting from one generation to another the acquired knowledge and skills. Gradually, the human society has selected those significant, positive, beneficial observations that have acquired the status of rules that are worth following. The great thinkers of mankind, the philosophers of all times have meditated on education, made findings on educational facts, selected the most significant observations. The concept of differentiation and individualization is also found in the great philosophical trends that have their own vision on the development of individuality, the stimulation of individual and group creativity, the socio-professional integration and the development of society itself.
