One of the consequences of World War II and the establishment of the United Nations (UN) can be considered as the creation of modern international law, which basis is made by its main principles, formulated in the UN Charter that provided a statutory basis for its further development. Besides the victory of progressive forces in World WarII on the formation and development of international law has had and continues to provide a large number of other factors. The expansion of the interstate system after World War II through the emergence of newly independent states that emerged on the ruins of ruined colonial system should be recognized one of the decisive factors that contributed to the maintenance and tendencies of the development of modern international law.
