The theme of this paper was selected in connection with the desire to conduct a more in-depth study of the Vegetation in the valley of the river Ciuhur and Camenca in the district of Riscani, the animal world, the soils and areas protected by the state: Duruitoarea and Văratic Gorge and Proscureni Reef , all the more so as so far practically no special research has been carried out on this issue, especially in this field. By conducting a more in-depth study based on the scientific literature and geographical atlases, more detailed results were obtained on the physical-geographical conditions of Riscani district, such as: relief, waters, soils, vegetation and fauna.
