Rezumat

The response of quantitative traits to the winter wheat genotypes Moldova 614, Moldova 66 and the Selania / Accent line at the early stage of ontogenesis (7 days) under conditions of water restrictions adjusted with polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) in 10% concentrations was investigated and 20% by volume at 15oC and 25oC. On the background of optimal temperature (25oC) the investigated genotypes registered tolerance for germination indices, root and stem length, but also the dry mass of seedlings. In the presence of the osmotic in a concentration of 20%, both average resistance and sensitivity of the investigated characters were manifested. In the conditions of stressful temperature of 15oC when administering the osmotic in the concentration of 10% only the genotype Moldova 614 showed average resistance. The water stress conditions created by PEG 20% more strongly affected the stem, but also the dry mass of the plant. The factor analysis of the variance showed that the temperature factor has the largest share in the variability of the characters of root and stem length (85.7% and 72.2%). The water deficit was 12.0% and 22.5%, respectively, while the significant interactions of stressors showed an advanced weight for the stem length in relation to the root length, a phenomenon of increased strain vulnerability, highlighted by the phenotypic peculiarities of the root / stem ratio.
