Rezumat

Separate and combined influence of millimeter radiation (MMR) with the wavelength of 5,6 mm, power density of 6,6 mW/cm2, exposures of 8 and 30 minutes and low positive temperature (2-4°С) on Datura seeds has demonstrated stimulating effect on morphophysiological and biochemical parameters of seeds and seedlings. Protective and reparative effects of MMR were revealed, in particular, after exposure of 30 minutes. At that, the protective effect of MMR is more pronounced. This method is recommended for improvement of Datura seed viability in case of ex situ conservation.
