Rezumat

New cultivars of Salvia sclarea L. represent hybrids of different complexity. The productivity of S. sclarea L. varieties are 15.4–19.5t/ha of inflorescences and 54.5–73.5 kg/ha of essential oil in 2 years of vegetation. Lavender variety Favoare is a first–generation hybrid (F1). The productivity of the variety is 7,4 t/ha of inflorescences containing 2,077% (60% humidity) and 5,157% (dry. matter) of essential oil. The production of essential oil constitutes 155,2 kg/ha. The yield of the variety is 20,7 kg/t (of essential oil from the of fresh inflorscences). Svetlana, late variety are distinctively by essential oil content 5,721% (dry. matter) inflorescence harvest 7.7 t/ha, essential oil production, 179,2 kg/ha. The Origanum vulgare ssp. vulgare Panacea variety was developed with production of raw matter of 7.8 t/ha, essential oil production 8.35kg/ha. Essential oil content 0.267% (dry matter). The Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum (Link) Savoare variety was selected with production of raw matter, 8.9 t/ha, pharmaceutical herba production,1.88 t/ha essential oil production, 138 kg/ha essential oil content 3.887% (dry matter). The essential oil was isolated from 100 g samples in two repetitions by hydrodistillation for 60 minutes. The oil content was recalculated to standard humidity and dry matter. The research results, the technical–scientific production was implemented in agriculture through implementation contracts and technology transfer contracts
