Humanitarian Law, b) the categories of the journalists and theirs specific juridical protection, c) the similitude and the difference between the juridical statute of the journalist and the fighter, d) the present day tendency to develop and to assure protection to the journalist within the armed conflicts, e) the necessity and the prospects to elaborate some international juridical documents aimed to after special

The armed conf icts from Irak, Kosovo, Cecenia, confirmed the incapacity of the standards of International Humanitarian Law to after protection to the journalists and to the permanent and lasting rise of the victims between them, thing which will lead to the elaboration of an international convention with a universal character which will have as an aim the protection of the journalists during the armed conflicts. |
