Being ended by intermediation “group of contact” – Russia, USA, EU – the negotiations between government of Serbia and leadership of Kosovo did not give any positive results. The Serbians and Albanians remained on their previous positions. The first are ready to offer Kosovo a wide autonomy, the seconds agree
only to full independence. And it seems that till 10-th of December- the deadline of achieving an agreement-, it wouldn’t be possible to achieve it. In this situation USA an EU promise to recognize in one way order the independence of Kosovo |
