The issues addressed in this article are related to the liquidation of the provisional and limited autonomy of Bessarabia in 1828, because the administrative system of Bessarabia was based on usage of two different legal systems, on the various types of administrative bodies and on the simultaneous use of two different languages within the administrative activity. |
