In the geographical conditions of the Republic of Moldova is necessary to know the legal regim of the states without marine coasts. In this article we underline the rights to access of the intercontinental states to the sea and from the sea, the other rights and freedoms of the states without marine coasts in the exclusive economic zones, in the high seas, to the deep see bed recording to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. |
