The nuclear weapon – although nowadays it is the most dangerous mean of mass destruction, and the existent number of weapons such as their power, aren’t negligible at all – , legally detained by five states and de facto by other two states, and one more state experimented it in October 2006, represents the only type of weapons which even after 60 years of existence is not placed under any actual legal condition, nonproliferation having – as resulting from its definition – limited purposes.
