Rezumat

The transition towards an informational society doesn’t only mean modernization and expansion of the informational and communicational infrastructures; moreover it means the coverage of the legislation’s lack regarding the informational activities, the informational process and broadly the informational technology domain. The legislation is to ultimately face the consequences that the technology development brings.
