A major imperative in strengthening the current security and counterterrorism environment is the cooperation of national intelligence services. Given that the new threats to international security have led to a strengthening of the efforts of all democratic states to prevent and counteract them, it is increasingly necessary to establish effective mechanisms for the collective management and evaluation of information. Knowing, preventing and counteracting all dangers that threaten national security are based on information on the evolution of political, economic, military global and regional developments. They are placed on the capacity of intelligence services to track the evolution of factors that compete in the implementation of national security policy.
