The article includes a brief study on important aspects related to the essence and specificity of the jurisdictional function of the state, the particularities of organization and functioning of the judiciary, as well as its systemic character, to elucidate the characteristics of institutionalization and organization of the judiciary power as a state power and as a factor in ensuring justice in society. Emphasizing the essence of justice and its necessity in contemporary society, the author emphasizes the special significance of ensuring justice by a true judiciary, organized according to systemic principles, ordered, coordinated and guided by a supreme court, which has the task of ensuring both the quality of the act of justice and its efficiency for the state and the citizen. |
