Rezumat | ||||||
Some progress has been made regarding the implementation of ECHR standards in the national case law, both at the legislative and practical levels, in the Republic of Moldova. However, continuous research and approaches are needed to eliminate the multiple deficiencies caused by the insufficient system capacity. In order to train the highly qualified professionals, who would promote the international principles and standards prescribed in the field; it is necessary to model the advanced study of the elements of criminal law in correlation with the new legal realities crossed by the society. This article has been developed within the state program: 20.80009.1606.05 “The Quality of Justice and Respect for Human Rights in the Republic of Moldova: Interdisciplinary Research in the Context of the Implementation of the Associati-on Agreement Republic of Moldova – European Union”. |
