Based on the specialty literature as well as researched cases from the author’s practice of legal medicine, it is discussed the issue of victimization of children and elderly population, and there are also emphasized the types of physical and sexual aggression together with the risk factors that contribute to the violence acts. It is well known that nowadays victimization of children and elderly population, being the least protected categories of population, has become an actual and sensitive issue, described as a phenomenon of micro social deficit needing common efforts in order to eliminate it.
