In the article "The Comrat uprising and the role of the intelligentsia in the revolutionary events of 1905-1906" based on documents from the State Archives of the Russian Federation and the State Archives of the Kharkiv Region, the author highlights the participation of representatives of the intelligentsia of Comrat and Bessarabia in the Comrat uprising. It reveals the dynamic political activity of a student of the Kharkov Institute of Technology A.P. Galatsan in 1899-1906, and introduces the photo of A.P. Galatsan from his personal file. For the first time, two diplomas of higher education of participants in the Comrat uprising are put into circulation – those of A.P. Galatsan and I.A. Georgiev. |
