4 series of investigations in human subjects with and without metabolic pathologies were carried out on the base of blood and intestinal (rectal) parameters studing during investigative process. In the first series were included subjects in whom no metabolic pathologies were registered, in the second – those with Class 3 obesity, in the third – patiens with type II diabetes and in the fourth – with hypertension. The composition of the intestinal microbiota of pathogenic subjects has undergone considerable negative changes, confirmed by the difference in the numerical value of living microbial cells of microorganisms of certain genera. Those of the obligatory genera (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus) decreased, and of the facultative genera (Escherichia and Proteus) advanced in quantity. The most pronounced negative change was in patients with type II diabetes, then in those with obesity and hypertension. |
