This research is aimed at using synchronous and asynchronous learning to improve the performance of online learning. Learning online has countless advantages which are contributing to people choosing it over a more traditional education. Online learning allows people to study in new and exciting ways. Synchronous and asynchronous online learning each have their place, synchronous virtual classrooms operate much like traditional classrooms, with set study schedules and live discussions. Asynchronous learning means that the teacher and the students in the course all engage with the course content at different times and from different locations. |
