The article is devoted to the experience of introducing an e-government (electronic government) in the Republic of Moldova and foreign countries. It considers the concept of the development of the information society. Under the e-government means providing citizens and business a set of public services through the Internet, bringing the personal interaction of people with the authorities to a minimum. This article describes key indicators that have been achieved by the time of the study. |
