The author in this article reveals the distinctive features of the analogy of the law from the interpretation in terms of volume in civil procedural law. In particular, the author concluded that during interpretation, the normative scope and content of the concepts represented by the terms are clarified, and the analogy of the law takes place when the interpretation of the terms and expressions used in the text of the law does not allow them to cover the current situation. |
