În acest articol autorul și-a propus să vină cu unele recomandări privind sporirea eficienţei activităţii de prevenire şi investigare a migraţiei ilegale în Republica Moldova. Astfel, am analizat o gamă largă a practicii Uniunii Europene în contracararea acestui flagel prin prisma implementării atât la nivel legislativ, cât şi la nivel tehnic, a metodelor şi mijloacelor tehnice moderne din dotarea ţărilor membre. De asemenea, ne-am referit la o perspectivă de ansamblu privind evoluţiile în domeniul protecţiei internaţionale la nivel european şi la nivelul sistemelor de azil naţionale. Totodată, am scos în evidenţă esenţa şi importanţa necesităţii implementării şi utilizării sistemului EURODAC în Republica Moldova.

In this article the author comes up with some recommendations regarding the increase of the efficiency of the activity related to the prevention and investigation of illegal migration in the Republic of Moldova. So, we have analyzed a wide range of European Union practices in counteracting this scourge through the implementation of both the legislative and the technical level of the modern methods and means of equipping the member countries. We also referred to an overview of developments in the field of international protection at European level and at the level of national asylum systems. At the same time, we have highlighted the essence and importance of the need to implement and use the EURODAC system in the Republic of Moldova.

Dans cet article, l'auteur vise à proposer quelques recommandations sur l'augmentation de l'efficacité de l'activité de prévention et d'enquête sur la migration illégale en République de Moldova. Ainsi, nous avons analysé un large éventail de pratiques de l'Union européenne pour lutter contre ce fléau en termes de mise en oeuvre tant au niveau législatif que technique, des méthodes modernes et des moyens techniques dans la dotation des pays membres. Nous avons également évoqué un aperçu des développements dans le domaine de la protection internationale au niveau européen et au niveau des systèmes d'asile nationaux. Dans le même temps, nous avons souligné l'essence et l'importance de la nécessité de mettre en oeuvre et d'utiliser le système EURODAC en République de Moldavie.

В данной статье автор ставит своей целью дать некоторые рекомендации по повышению эффективности деятельности по предотвращению и расследованию незаконной миграции в Республике Молдова. Таким образом, мы проанализировали широкий спектр практики Европейского Союза по противодействию этому бедствию с точки зрения внедрения как на законодательном, так и на техническом уровне современных методов и технических средств оснащения стран-членов. Мы также сослались на обзор событий в области международной защиты на европейском уровне и на уровне национальных систем политического убежища. В то же время мы подчеркнули суть и важность необходимости внедрения и использования системы EURODAC в Республике Молдова.
