Specialty studies have revealed the existence of some personality traits that favor or disfavor integration in the military environment, and they relate specifically to the motivational potential. This depends on many factors such as personality structure, value models promoted in the process of socialization (family, school, friends and profession), environmental conditions, context, etc.
The present study is aimed at identifying and determining the changes taking place in the cognitive and axiological elements of consciousness itself of the soldier during the military service. |
