I nterview with Mr. Gheorghe Bucºã, the
Head of Industrial Designes Examination
Department, Head examiner of the State
Agency on Inventions and Marks of Rumania,
is fixed upon a new branch of intellectual
property protection, in particular,
protection of the traditional acquaintances.
What is the meaning? The problem is about
the protection of the artisan goods, complex
preparations of the popular medicine, etc.,
the invaluable importance of which was
disregarded up to the Assembly of the
Intergovernmental Committee on protection
of such acquaintances, the debates of which
took place in the frame of WIPO, Geneva
(Mai-June, 2001). |
