Rezumat | ||||||
The evolution of human knowledge has a special impact on the status of the teacher. The fast pace of scientific progress leads to the need for interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches imposed by the emergence of new fields, the amplification of correlations between fields. The standard of the teaching profession is a tool for assessing the results whose necessity is increasingly demanded. The quality of the teacher training materialized, especially in the students' performances, is a priority issue of the current education and it is stated with certainty that the basis of quality education is the level of competence and the degree of involvement of teachers. The macrosystemic directions of educational innovation need to be concretized, ensuring the transition from a system of qualitative standards to adjustments of details, leaving room for the manifestation of creativity in thinking and the action of teachers. It is circulated more and more often that the effectiveness of the teaching career can be determined, mainly, in the context of the elaboration of basic competences and competence standards. |
