For the first time in the domestic forensic commodity expertise and in the domestic commodity science the analysis of the range of shoes, which were the objects of the forensic expertise in the regional Scientific-Research and Forensic Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, was carried out. On the basis of this, the structure of forensic experts’ needs for shoes knowledge was determined and the nomenclature of modern requirements for the commodity characteristics of shoes in the forensic expert’s opinion was substantiated. The data obtained should be used to optimize the practice of forensic experts in the specialty 12.1 during writing an expert opinion, developing a modern methodology for the study of footwear (and other consumer goods) by forensic experts in commodity experts, as well as in the educational process of training of commodity experts in the expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and in the higher education institutions that educate experts.

Впервые в отечественной судебной товароведной экспертизе и в отечественном товароведении осуществлено анализ ассортимента обуви, которая была объектом судебной товароведной экспертизы в областных научно-исследовательских экспертно-криминалистических центрах Министерства внутренних дел Украины. На основании этого определена структура потребностей судебных экспертов в знаниях об и научно обоснована номенклатура современных требований к товароведной характеристике обуви в заключении судебного эксперта. Полученные данные целесообразно использовать для оптимизации практической деятельности экспертов-товароведов Экспертной специальности 12.1 при написании заключения эксперта, разарботке современной методики исследования обуви (и других потребительских товаров) судебными експертами товароведами, а также в учебном процессе при подготовке товароведов в эксперной службе Министерства внутренних дел Украины и в вузах, которые осуществляют подготовку товароведов экспертов.
