Статья посвящена вопросам приоритетного развития судебно-экспертного обеспечения правосудия в контексте евроинтеграции. В статье указывается, что важным условием развития судебно-экспертного обеспечения правосудия в аспекте евроинтеграции Украины является акредитация экспертного учереждения на соответствии ГСТУ ISO/ IEC 17025:2017. На основе анализа научных исследований в области криминалистики предложены направления совершенствования экспертных методик и оценки ее эффективности. В рамках методологии научного познания анализируются перспективные направления усовершенствования экспертных методик путем их стандартизации и алгоритмизации. На основании результатов анализа основ формирования алгоритмов и принципов их построения предложено внедрение алгоритмов экспертных методик, позволяющие усовершенствовать экспертную методику на стадии ее разработки.

The article is devoted to the priority development of forensic and expert provision of justice in the context of European integration. The article indicates that an important condition for the development of forensic and expert support of justice in the aspect of Ukraine’s European integration is the accreditation of an expert institution in accordance with GSTU ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. Based on the analysis of scientific research in the field of forensic science, directions for improving expert techniques and assessing its effectiveness are proposed. Within the framework of the methodology of scientific knowledge, promising directions for the improvement of expert methods by their standardization and algorithmization are analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis of the foundations of the formation of algorithms and the principles of their construction, it is proposed to introduce algorithms of expert techniques, which allow improving the expert technique at the stage of its development.
