| Rezumat | ||||||
The financing of expenditures for research
and development is the support of the cience’s
development. Also, its performances, in great
part, determine the quality of the innovational
process and, consequently, of one’s country level of development.
The process of passing towards knowledge
economy in the Republic of Moldova started
in 2004, with the adoption of the “Code On
The Science and Innovation”. The implemen-
tation of the Code leads to visible results in the
domain of science and significant impacts over
the economy and society, through the improvement of work conditions of the researches
as well as attraction of young specialists in the
research process. The increase of scientists’ participation
in the economy and the rhythm of technological changes, the level of economic and
structural transformations requires the increase of science’s financing in the Republic of
Moldova. |
