T hough biotechnological
patents became the object
of some litigations examined by
the courts of Great Britain as
early as 1970, the number of
such litigations remains very
insignificant. However, the
analysis of certain litigations
which had a greater resonance
in the specialty press, permits to
both review the most vulnerable
points of the biotechnological
patents and pursue the position
of courts in this problem and
the case-to-case evolution
thereof. |
