T he major aim of the producer consists in the successful realization
of products. It may be decided by improving their quality and
presentation. The presentation of products is as important as their
quality. The colour presentation may be protected both with a mark,
and with an industrial design. That is why, it is very important to
understand the similarity and difference between the industrial design
and the marks. |
