<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Transferul de tehnologii şi proprietatea intelectuală sunt foarte str&acirc;ns şi direct legate. &Icirc;n acest context, tehnologia este un obiect nematerial ce poate include &icirc;n sine mai multe obiecte de proprietate intelectuală, cum sunt invenţiile, modelele industriale, mostrele industriale, secretul comercial, documentaţia tehnică şi tehnologică. Tehnologia poate fi tratată ca un obiect complex al proprietăţii intelectuale, drepturile de proprietate asupra tehnologiei sunt drepturi ce protejează obiectul proprietăţii intelectuale.</p></description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Technology transfer and intellectual property are very closely and directly linked. In this context, technology is an intangible object that can include in itself several intellectual property objects such as inventions, industrial models, industrial designs, and trade secrets, technical and technological documentation. Technology can be viewed as a complex intellectual property object; the rights of ownership in a technology are the rights that protect the intellectual property object.</p></description>
