The paper considers the analysis of the process of accounting, transportation, cleaning and cooling of milk on farms. It is shown that, in order not to engage in alteration of all equipment and technology at the first stage of using natural cold, it is necessary to justify the requirements for the cooling system and develop recommendations on how to fit a new source of cold into the existing standard schemes, ensuring the efficiency of the processing and accumulation of natural and artificial cold. |
