In a state governed by the rule of law, it is necessary to define the content of the concept of coercion, as there is not yet a consensus on what constitutes this social phenomenon. In addition, the study of the place and role of any social phenomenon in the social system is possible only by analyzing the properties of this phenomenon itself, its structural components, because, in our opinion, without defining the essence of the phenomenon, its content and forms of expression, it is impossible to assess what kind of interconnections and interdependencies it has with the elements of the system. |
