| Rezumat | ||||||
The Romanian-Soviet relations experienced a continuous deterioration in the years 1918-1920. The rupture of diplomatic relations, the non-recognition of the union of Bessarabia with Romania, the evolutions on the fronts of the civil war in Russia had a negative repercussion on the stability in this area of Europe. The Bolshevik regime did not reconcile with the loss of Bessarabia and by various means, under the banner of proletarian internationalism and the theory of world proletarian revolution, tried to bring the land back into the reborn empire. |
