In this article is reflected an important issue for Republic of Moldova – the necessity and the motivation for psychological instruction of the workers form prison sphere and their psychological assistance in the process of the work activity. Because the work activity in this sphere is rather specific, but the features of the relations collaborator-prisoner leaves a trait on the worker’s personality, it is evident that the directions of psychology activity are divers, including: psycho diagnosis, psychological protection and psycho therapeutic interventions through assuming behavioral modification techniques, cognitive reorganization, problem solving, stress management, relaxation techniques, conflict management, communication and emotional and behavior selfcontrol.
