T he WIPO net becomes means that will promote and amplify
the process of economic development of developing countries;
will permit to reduce the discrepancy between the developed and
developing countries; will create conditions for society information
preventing the utilization of documents on the paper; will provide a
safe activity of the WIPO States-Members IP Office by express
connection and on a large scale. |
