This article is dedicated to the question of the effectiveness of pedagogical activity. The sphere of emotions and will determines the effectiveness of teacher’s work. Practical studies prove the importance of emotional stability, empathy and will in reaching the pedagogical aims. Emotions are demonstration of the teacher’s personality, which is the important component of the teacher’s competence. Thanks to emotions the teacher can better understand the child and also express the pedagogical aims. The influence on the child is emphasized due to the strength of will of the teacher. Emotional stability prevents from professional stresses, which
affect in a destructive way the relationship between the child and the teacher. The investigation of the sphere of emotions and will of the teacher is necessary to create the most favorable conditions of the teaching process. |
