Currently, both in the international sports arena and in the domestic competitions of each country, sports competition has intensified, the fights of volleyball teams are becoming more intense. The level of physical, technical and tactical preparedness of individual players and teams as a whole is gradually approaching; the scientific developments of the training methodology in these sections of training are widely known and can quickly eliminate differences or lags from world volleyball leaders. To achieve victory in such conditions, the scientific development and practical use of methods for quickly and effectively forming a high level of technical and tactical preparedness of players, especially highly qualified volleyball players, is of paramount importance.
