The training process in the feminine artistic gymnastics is characterized by a large spectrum of coherent concepts, theories, principles and rules concerning the scientific - methodological aspects for the gymnasts` macro-training process, in order to achieve high performances. The pattern of the algorithmically structured phases and training periods during an annual macro-cycle contains semestrial macro-cycles (2 x 6 months), training periods and phases (6 x 2 months); precompetitional and competitional training mezzo-cycles (10 x 1 month) and weekly micro-cycles with specific training objectives. It also includes the schedule of the efforts in accordance to the competitional scenarios, depending on de number of the executed combinations, the number of the elements, as well as the intensity of the performed exercises. There are also described the algorithmic plans of the gymnasts` activities during the pre-competitional and competitional micro-cycles, the informational – operative algorithmic model for the training level analysis, all of these aiming to increase the efficiency of all the afferent actions. Thereby, the elaborated patterns are conditioning the technology of organizing the training process, as well as the gymnasts` participation in the competition by applying the most optimal forms of the training plan during an annual training cycle. |
