Change occurs through people who have the courage and determination to learn constantly in order to achieve their personal or professional goals. Hence the concept of learning institutions/organizations that is looking to strengthen ingenuity, individual thinking and teamwork. All lifelong learning activities result in the improvement of knowledge, skills, competences and/or qualifications in personal, social and/or professional reasons. The project Towards the European university model of lifelong learning in Moldova - COMPASS, No. 597889-EPP-1-2018-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP, addresses the process of integrating the inclusive and receptive university model of lifelong learning (ULLL) as the one that requires immediate reactions at national and institutional level and joint action in Moldova. A priority of the project is the development of continuing vocational training programs within the State University of Physical Education and Sports to meet the expectations of today's society. These programs must not only aim at training teachers with higher education, but must also meet the needs of a much wider circle of beneficiaries: students, university teachers, adults, pupils, etc. |
