This article analyzes the relationships between information technologies and contemporary libraries in the context of broader visions offered by the information society. In this regard, we analyze how technology influences the activity of libraries and librarians, the resources and tools by means of which the library interacts with users through the use of information technologies, characteristic of the main web interfaces that a modern library possesses. |
